Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. For custom orders, please allow up to 15 business days. You’ll receive a notification once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fee starts at ₱100, depending on your location and package weight.

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Luzon: 1–5 business days
Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days

**Please note that delays may occur due to customs or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Provider
We ship all orders via J&T Express, a trusted courier partner for fast and reliable delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to make it right.
